Brethren and Ladies,
The month of July was lit up with fireworks, celebrations, and a BBQ dinner hosted by our Junior Warden Ray Dailey. Many Brothers wore their patriotic shirts at the Stated Meeting for a fun filled evening. My thanks to Ray and his crew for a job well done...
Congratulations to Brother Charles Mendiola on being raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason at a his degree, which will not soon be forgotten. 15 positions where filled by current sitting Masters of other Lodges, with the Most Worshipful Grand Master Kenneth G. Nagel sitting in the East. This was only possible by the dedication and devotion of the Worshipful Masters in attendance and the Brethren of our Lodge to make it happen, and to each and everyone I would like to say "Thank You". A special word of thanks goes out to Brother Kevin Stibich, Senior Warden, and Brother Ray Dailey, Junior Warden, who helped make this a memorable evening for Brother Charles Mendiola. Your efforts in coordinating the entertainment, dinner, and logistics are what made this historical degree such a success. Thank you my Brothers.
The Hot August Nights are upon us as we take this opportunity to spend some time outdoors with the Brethren of the Lodge, Friends and Neighbors. There is just about something for everyone to do this month from a Youth Car Rally, to high sea adventures on the Lodge's Fishing Trip, or perhaps you prefer our annual BBQ at the VA Hospital. Also in August, we plan to raise another Brother to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason, while celebrating the achievements of a Hiram Award for Worshipful Brother Gene Kimbler. My Brothers, these events are mere bricks in the edifice as we spread the cement of fellowship with one another to build together the structure not made with hands. The bonds and fellowship that allow us to grow while we have fun doing so, come out, get involved. Together Brethren ...
Fraternally,
